  • CNIC Copies of All Directors & NTN Copies of All Directors
  • Authority Letter in favour of Principal Officer on Original Color Letter Head by all Directors, Thumb Impression, Signature and Company Stamp.
  • E-mail of the Company and Cell # of Principal Officer not used before in FBR/IRIS.
  • NPO/NGO/Foundation/Trust Bank Account Details
